All those on the East Coast, I hope you battened down the hatches!
The weather out here has finally “smartened up” i.e. we had some rain off and on for the past ten days.
From where we live there were/are fires in all four directions.
Luckily the worst we got was raining ash and lots of smoke.
I’m sure some of you read or heard that most of the trestles in the Myra Canyon (Kettle Valley Railway) went up in smoke. What a shame!!
