Well after 10 years of running around my christmas tree, I had a vision …

After months of studying and research and thanks to many forum people on MLS, I was ready to start construction…

Many mistakes, lots of mud and grime and gore. Persistance paid as the railroad slowly came together…

The end was in sight and last night after much track proofing, I was able to run the Hudson at passenger speeds with no issues. And the Triplex groaned a bit however is resigned to tight curves… :slight_smile:

That looks nice. Congrats on the new layout. Now you can relaxe and admire your great work as the trains run by. Thanks for the pictures.

Love the RR name.
My GRR should have been named the MW&A…Mud, Weeds & Ants :wink:

There is an ancestral story behind “Grime, Rock & Gore” so I saw it fitting the the Railroad be named on this theme.
