So the economy is in the tank, but naturally there are differences of opinion on that i.e. to which degree etc. etc. Great fun to see/read about our Right Honourable PM Stephen Harper square off with the former Governor of the Bank of Canada (Central bank), David Dodge. A perfectly captured impression of the relative positions.
BTW Our PM is an economist, as is the former Governor of the BoC; the only differences are in the respective CV.
