You've got to scan the Micromark and other calendars and send a list of part numbers to your wife and kids. I got a couple of 2-56 taps, some micro nutdrivers, a set of tiny screwdrivers, and a small saw. I also got a DVD "Iron Rooster 2011" from revelation video, being a tour of China's steam. I figured I wasn't going to go on a RR tour of China any time soon!

Huuumm! ;)

An HO model of Manufacturers Railway number 251 was my most train related item, but did get a couple of LED lights and lanterns that will be useful for many projects on the railroad. Time is always my most precious gift and I got a little of that. Good Holidays with family and friends.

Santa is bringing a Genesis, two coaches and a cafe in Phase IV.

Hummm, I didn’t get anything.

Sounds like a work out video. I got some gift cards to lowes and walmart. all good things and I got myself a new toy. Sorry not a train. Its a 1946 Central Fire truck. Centrals were build here in St. Louis.

I named her Annie . After littel orphen Annie as she had been in a barn and forgotten about for the last 20 years. Should have her running in spring.

Neat. You will have to drive it to California.

Gosh…
It’s the year of the firetrucks.
Now I gotta find one…

I have an HO fire truck. Does that count?

“It’s the year of the firetrucks.”

Ah, well! Spent enough time with fire trucks as the technical writer in charge of operation/service literature for Mack fire apparatus in the mid-1970s. Got it out of my system now. Same is true for the Mack off-highway line. Do have a copy of the Mack Railcar and Locomotive Catalog from the 1920s. Nice for reference. Going to stick with the trains.

Best wishes,
David Meashey

Well daaahh.....that's what it is ....isn't it? ;)

Last time Rooster worked out, there were chicken feathers flying everywhere… It was not a pretty sight…

And here I thought an “iron rooster” was an upgrade to that bar that holds two logging disconnects together.

Have fun,
