My point is it shouldn't matter what anyone else earns. I sounds too much like the siblings arguing over who got the bigger half of the jelly sandwich. There is enough jelly and bread out there for everyone to have a sandwich of their own. Politicians' salaries are the only ones we should be concerned about..There’s enough out there for everyone to have their own? So this whole scarcity thing is just an illusion? That’s pretty much straight out of Marx, who asked “is there enough food to feed everyone in the world?” The answer is clearly yes. So why are people starving? “The illusion of scarcity.” I’m surprised at you.
If it doesn’t matter what people earn, you should not be upset by GM autoworkers making a big paycheck.
It matters because WE pay their salaries, perks benefits. Who should determine their pay if not us???
The reason folks are starving around the world(no one in this country should be) is the political thugs robbing the aid from us and other nations for their own gain, and the system of repression of their citizens so they can live lavishly, e.g. Haiti, Somalia,
