Yep, very nice. I’m just trying to figure out how your going to get it all the way up to my house. You may have to rent a Semi-Truck.

Jake,

I have Heavy duty Silverado and a couple trailers right in my back yard.

I may have to take a road trip to Sturgis next year.

If you do John, let me know. I’m only about an hour from Sturgis.

Quick update.

The mine is done except for paint. I tried to spray that primer on the aluminum and even with a mask it is toxic. The shop stank for days. I’m going to wait until spring and paint it outside.

It’s been awhile. I had a major landscaping project get in the way of modeling. But anywho, she’s outside on the layout now. I need to do a little foundation work.

looks great, John

Can’t wait to see it, jb.

Impressive. Still looks bigger than the dimensions, but it is sure going to look good in that position.

Looking good John. I like the placement

Good grief!..

That’s bigger’n I thort…

Thats awesome John, Well done.

Ssswweeeeettt!!!

Really awesome mine!

Thank you all for the comments. It’s modeled after a small operation. I’d hate to try to model one of those big Colorado mines. I’ve built four other auxiliary buildings to go with it, but they need finishing: The mine office, the pump house and enclosed water tank, the cook shack and a bunk house. I have no idea where to put them on the layout.

Said he had to knock out a wall to get it out of the shop…

Very nice !

I’m late catching the news that the mine had been placed. It looks great out on the layout. Excellent work!

There’s no way you moved that as a single piece, did you?

Like they all said, nice work!

Very nice John

Absolutely amazing!
