Yes. I don’t want to say too much until it’s a done deal. It’s a long skinny lot and the house takes up most of it. A lot of open area behind, but that is part of it.

Several have inquired about the C1-9. Other than to accompany the track to give the buyer a complete RR, it’s not for sale at this time.
Once I land on the other side and have had a chance to assess what I can do, it may be excess to my needs. Stay tuned!

UPDATE I have a deal to wholesale my outdoor track after the close of the show on Sunday. Beforehand, I will be placing some of it on the White Elephant table at the NELSTS and all of if will be available for pre-buy on Friday.
All is Aristo Stainless Steel 5 Foot Sections w/American ties. It has all been used outdoors and on the ground for over 10 years. I power washed both sides after lifting. The rail has been painted and some ties are broken, but none are brittle. Switches have had frog power components removed and some have Bachmann throws.

I would like to suggest keeping some stuff and once you are settled giving indoors another try. I have been enjoying being inside where the climate is a lot more controllable and when it comes to building I can get away with murder compared to building outside, as well as the reduced maintenance and upkeep. Just a thought.
Thanks Vic. That is the plan. I’m keeping all of the track from my indoor division which includes a ton of switches and close to a dozen 5 footers that were never outside PLUS 3/4 box of 5ft aluminum that I’ve tried unsuccessfully to sell for over a year!
The property includes a ‘garage’ shed. Depending on it’s condition (it was full to the rafters when we looked at the house) it will either be replaced or remodeled to be my shop/train room/man cave.

Last night while making plans for packing things up, I took a quick inventory of active locomotives. I have WAY too many for a small indoor RR so it is very likely several will go up for sale this summer. Likely candidates are a C-19, Two Truck Shay and perhaps an 0-4-0 Porter and maybe A 45 Ton diesel. All lettered for the C.V.S.Ry. with on-board battery and RailPro installed.
Nothing is up for sale yet. Once I get settled at the other end I’ll make some decisions, Probably start offering stuff in mid July. Some have PM’d me previously and they will be the first to know.
Thanks to a few buyers at the NELSTS White Elephant table and Stan, everything I wanted to sell is gone. I came home from a train show with more cash than I took for the first time ever!

Most of what was not taken at the show went in a dumpster there. I brought home a couple of pieces that I couldn’t bear to trash. I’ll take a look and send you a message.
