Hello All Sunday was a beautiful day for running trains and the scheduled 2012 Excursion train headed up by the 38 ton Shay made a visit to the RR&DPRR. I took this photo of the train heading over the CCSSSCC girder bridge from the interchange yard. The attached video picks up from there. The sponsor of this railfan trip insisted on placing their company car in the consist. Personally I think that is taking “product placement” to the extreme but don’t let them know I said so.
