These cars are lined up at this train crossing when the gates go up. It’s safe to pass, right? In this case, one of the sensors that dictate the position of the gates malfunctioned and raised them prematurely. A few cars make it across easily but just wait until you see what happens next!
that’s why I always look especially on the high speed mainlines. It’s the law of tonnage. He who weighs the most and can inflict the most damage has the right of way no matter what any signal says.
That’s damn scary and they got lucky it only crunched the front of the car. a few more feet and it would have been way worse.

Yeah I did notice that. That whole intersection is messed up and it is just damn lucky no one was killed. Or maybe that’s the idea, the g-mans method of population control.
I think that’s not how it’s supposed to work.
