Thanks to all that served our country so that we remain free. Later SGT R J DeBerg United States Army 1967-1968
Amen!
They paid a heavy price. Let’s not squander it at the ballot box.
It is a great day to offer thanks to all our Veterans.
I heard the greatest response to the statement, “Thank you for your service”.
The response was “It was an honor to serve”.

Salute to one and all…
Thank You for your Service!
Thanks to all that served.
It was my honor to serve, and mostly fun, too.

To my fellow veterans, Those that stood shoulder to shoulder with me.
We alone know the pride within, and the sorrow for our brothers that gave all. We stand a little taller, during the National Anthem, We still salute with a crispness, and we cry a little tear when we hear the mournful playing of taps. A fighter overhead is the sound of freedom, and our flag is a source of pride. Our brothers stood proud at Lexington, Normandy, Hue’, Desert Storm and the mountains of Afghanistan. We are VETS, and damm proud of it.
US Army, 1969 - 1978
Thanks to you all…
