Large Scale Central

Thanks to Bruce C

Ric;
All switches at Craigleigh are Aristo Wide Radius…in fact I think there are only one or maybe two LGB 1600 switches left on the whole pike. When I had a lot of the LGB switches, the passenger cars would “Just” manage an “S” curve where there were LGB switches, with the corners cut from the draft gear boxes.

NO, I use the Kadee #1 Gauge coupler gauge, just as it comes "Out of the bag"!!

I use the KD “G” gauge right out of the box.
Most of the Accucraft cars line up within tolerances without any adjustments. (I use KD knuckles in the Accucraft gearbox.)
My old 1:22.5/1:24 stuff required a lot of cutting and filing, because I chose the BM KD 830 as a standard.

Thanks Fred,

Bruce,

Have you made a major change to a Kadee coupler height gauge?

No major change. Just added a block of wood to mount the Accucraft coupler; later I added another block of wood to hold the air hose.
