Nicely done, Russell…I think you have something to fall back on if that day job ever lets you down (and Amtrak won’t give you work of course)! The music is beautiful; I’ve stolen it off into an mp3 and put it on my music player.
EDIT: so, where is the music from?
Roo, great video, but the music, well, its simply extraordinary. Thanks for sharing.
Is this the song: Highwayman by Loreena McKennitt?
I don’t think Ray D. has anything to worry about…(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
The music sounds a bit like Maddy Prior and SteelEye Span.
Nice pictures, but I have to say I am not a fan of slideshows posing as videos!
Looks like a fun trip. Too bad about the overcast skies, but still nice pictures.

Easier than posting pictures separately Pete. I actually lied as the beginning of the video was the other side of the mountain showing the Cumberland Valley and the path she followed.

Interesting …"Tommy Varner’s Red Rooster: A History of the Tuscarora Valley Railroad.
Forgetting many RR’s!

The overcast skies were OK with me …just wanted to get up there and try to visualize what the early surveyors saw!
“Does that make sense” ?

Not trying to compete with a retired professional Ken…only sharing on LSC as I have always.
Rooster, you sure seem to have found joy in nature and Pennsylvania history? I don’t know if her name is Joy, but she sure does seem to have gotten you out amongst nature. Good videos, keep it up. (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
