Anyone using Templot to build turnouts? Is it a good program and worth the money? It seems expensive for my needs as I only need a straight #5 and #6 template for code 332 rail.

I have had Templot for years, and use it from time to time, but its maddeningly difficult to use. Its not intuitive, and there is no ‘default’ for 45mm track, so every time you load it up, you have to set it up again. The author seems nice enough, and it DOES produce some nice trackwork. But it is incredibly hard to use.
