Latest developement on graffiti problems in Northern Delaware…preschooler taggers are suspected to be at the front of the of the latest graffiti attack in the Newark rail yards. Most people think that the defacing of property by taggers is an urban nuisance, but many admit that this one is just plain cute.

Probably easier than another Tea Pot. 
You could get her a Big Bird Loco or an Elmo Express? Big Bird came with Oscar and Cookie in small gondolas that were rip offs of the LGB 4044 small gon. The Loco was a rip off of LGB’s 2075/6 side tank loco and the body snaps onto one of those chassis if you can find one. OR you can make your own RC and Battery chassis. They were made by Illco in the 80’s and 90’s, I believe? Big Bird sets came with track and ran on rails but Elmo is a floor runner with ruber tires and his gon’s did not have any load. I’ve got photos someplace of mine? I also have extras of cookie and Oscar if you need loads. The cars were repurposed & repainted 10 years ago in September for our wedding reception. I’ve actually gotten a few of them returned lately.
