I recently purchased some parts to rebuild my switches I got from Bob. I went to the site today and noticed a note that Bruce is closing shop. I don’t know if I missed this before when I went to the website or missed an announcement here. This is too bad, Bruce was helpful and prompt in response and shipment and is a great resource.
Just thought I would pass it along in case it is new news.
That notice has been there for 2 years or more. He has retired from building switches, at least until he gets on top of his health problems. He is still selling parts and rail.

If you e-mail him, he will still supply what ever you need. It will just take longer because of his health. As one of his dealers I have ordered things for prior customers and he’s taken care of what ever I needed.
Just spoke to Bruce about an hour ago when I ordered 768 feet of Code 215 weathered rail from him. He said he was feeling pretty good. He told me he also has a lot of ties in stock for folks who build and/or rebuild their turnouts.
