I finally finished it. I used two 0-4-0 aristo drives to build this 2-4-4-2 mallet. It is a great addition to SWC’s motive power. Seems to be just the right size for my layout.
Sweet!

Mike , Nice build on the loco. One question tho… Did you build her to 22.5 or 20.3 scale?
all my NG equipment is 20.3. The box car behind it is a Phil’s narrow guage kit and the stock car on the shot before that is an ams.
That is very nicely done.

Very nice work!
Magnificent!!! Really beautiful loco, Mike! Very similar to what I plan to build for my layout “someday”.
That’s a great trestle, Mike!
How long did it take you to build it?
The trestle, not the lokie.
Took me about 45 minutes. That is to drive over to my buddy John’s and get my train up on it. LOL He is even the photographer.

No walkway or fire barrels on the trestle. Hmmmmm. Fr. Fred will be upset.
Private railroad, Steve.
Any guvmint inspector who happens to be snooping around somehow “disappears”.
No guard rails, either.
Nice work. I like the colors on the cab…and the trestle.
