Rod,
Glad to hear. I was thinking about you. If you are typing this with your right hand, you are doing well. Don’t over do it.
Good luck with the recovery Rodney.
That’s good news, Rodney. I’ll be looking forward to more castings from you!
Hang in there buddy!
That’s good news Rod. Take it easy for a few days … enjoy the downtime.
Walt
There goes your golf game. Stay well.
Nah, he’ll be back on the course soon! I’m glad it went well.
Glad to hear that Rod.
Yea!
Thanks guys I appreciate the thoughts

Not using the right arm at all. Pecking with left.
Bruce,

I didn’t have a golf game before, so I guess it’s about the same now.

“I didn’t have a golf game before, so I guess it’s about the same now.”
My Linda, a full blood Scot, says Golfing just ruins a good walk!
Glad to hear you are healing Rodney. I too may have to try building one of my own. Tho I dare say my talent seems lacking …
Do you have a list of the stuff you are casting? I’d like to try the pole pockets and your trucks also.
Andre`
I remember having one of those in the 80’s
Took a while to recover, and I was in my 20’s!
Still cant throw for crapp!
Good luck! Rodney
I kinda didn’t think you were using that right arm, but you’ll slowly lift it to the keyboard and start working it. And boy does it hurt when you go to far.
Glad it went well!.
My wife went through the same surgery 3 weeks ago. Dr. said the cuff was shredded, but should be fine in time. She is doing physical theraphy now, but still lots of pain at times.
Take it easy! Good luck! Heal fast.

Working on getting a website built and will let everybody know when it’s done
Yesterday afternoon Kristi helped me set up one of my K-27 and 4 cars on the layout.
Ran it for a couple hours. Then I went out to the shop and worked on the lathe. My neighbor
needed a 2 1/2" dia bearing driver, so I was able to get one made for him. Since seeing
Bruce’s work with his rivet press, I wanted to build one with a 12" X 36" table to do a full
tender wrap in one piece. I want it to be CNC capable also. I messed around with
how I want to build it for couple hours. Shoulder did not bother me much at all.
My son, Paul in going to help me do some casting and make some molds today.
Thanks
Rodney
Glad to hear it went well and that you’re on the mend.
