Did everyone heed the advise from the different experts?

Get enough rest the night before, wouldn’t want to be cranky, fall asleep and miss the best part!

Don’t eat too much, did you know that each of those “Wings” has 100 calories, oodles of fat etc.? Average consumption 15 to 20 wings, won’t need anything else for quite some time!

The chips are just as bad and for heaven’s sake: don’t double dip! There has been a study done that tells you how many bacteria will rapidly accumulate/multiply doing that. (you can’t afford to phone in sick after Super Bowl Sunday!)

Don’t get mad at the referees!

Get up, walk around (not just to go to the bathroom or for another load of wings).

Go easy on the drinks!

Don’t miss the PSA from the American Heart Association.

Don’t kick the dog or anyone else.

At Half-Time get some fresh air, by now you may need it (all depends who you support and how blue the air is inside the house).

BTW I never watch NFL or CFL - come to think of it, I have to check if the TV still works, forgot to do that yesterday!
