Been busy making some new storage/carrying cases for my live steamers. I have been using plastic tool boxes but have been wanting to make something more specific for each steamer. The tool boxes leave too much wasted space. So far I made a box for my Shay, one to fit both Crickets and another for my Otto. The Shay and Otto boxes have one side that comes off so I can push the engine out rather then try to lift it straight out. Here is what I have so far. I just used scrape plywood etc… that I had laying around. Good way to recycle. Nothing fancy just from my own napkin plans.
