OK it’s done 27"h x 4"x 9.25" top 13" base which equates to almost a 5 degree angle…not prototypical but looks good by my eye.

Nice looking pier, but I think it’s a little short of length to run a train on…

The rooster can weld!!! Boy we better mark this day down in history. Btw looks good.

Neet work… what ya gonna do with it? and or how many more will you need?

LIKE!

My thoughts exactly ;) Curious about where on the CVRR you plan yo use it. Ralph

Nice!

Dang quick build, are you sure it will stay together  . Nice work Rooster, I’d think black would look better.

Looks great, Rooster. He’s built that for me, I have another big steel bridge that needs support on one end, and rooz and I discussed the design. Thatll work great!

That explains it Bob. I sure was puzzled
Ralph

Rooster is this a new business? Are you hanging out a shingle?

Cool pier! Nice welding job! I would have posted that “dot, dot, dot, smiley face, dot, dot, dot” thing, except I really don’t know how to work this whole internet, computer stuff!

Speaking of Steel Bridge Pilings … would you guess that’s what these are?

(Seen about half a mile from the house yesterday. There’s a newly arrived pile of bridge timbers that makes me suspect it might be a railroad bridge, but I’m not sure where they mean to put it.) Matthew (OV)

No!
I could have guessed that. Roos once told me he ruined his car hobby by making it a business. Doubt he wants to do that to his train hobby.
