Large Scale Central

Start them young, I say

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present the next generation of locomotive engineers.

My Grandson, Balin, who makes his GrandPappy proud. (I always wanted to be Grand at something. ) He has given me strict orders to have track down for Christmas so we can run some trains. My son says that Balin plays with his trains every day. The little one in pink is Lillian. I haven’t met her yet. I’m told that her only interest in trains is to put them in her mouth. Only time will tell. I may have to get him a starter set. At three, he should be able to handle an Aristo Basic TE, shouldn’t he? Especially, under supervision.

I doubt if he will have any problems at all with the TE. Give him 15 minutes and he’ll be showing you things it can do… I think an Aristo starter set, a couple extra cars and a couple extra pieces of straight track would make a fine gift for him.

Lovely pics and I agree, but my son (8) must remember to dress for the part. Our latest toy, GSF 1250 Bandit… Hustle Muscle. It has nt been lowered, he just has long legs.

Great photos, guys! In two months, our grandsons and their parents move back to Perth. YIPPEE!!!

Looks like he’s got a reverse loop in that Brio track, and he figured it out himself? Cool! A wiring expert!
