Stark Raving MAD...again, Road Switcher this time

Stark Raving MAD…again. No sooner do I get the F-40 off my bench I find myself cutting and glueing some other stuff together…

The Geep body shell is off a $10 toy train set from CVS last xmas, somewhere near O gauge, the rest you recognize. Now somehow I gotta find the power bricks…

Oh, the Horror!!!

Vic,
You and I seem to have like minds-totally NUTS! Too bad we dont’ live closer we could come up with some wild stuff, if we got together! My wife would really think I was out of it then!

Would think? Got news for ya. Wives already think we're out of it. The good ones are too kind to say so.

I guess you are right Chris!

Love that control stand! Do you have a better picture of it in place? It’s rather washed out…

Bruce, now that the cabs is painted “Safety Green” (aka Testors Green Zinc Chromate) it should photograph alot better, let me paint the knobs and such first and I’ll get a couple more shots posted.

You going to clip a few of those handrails off the long hood? That would go a long way toward changing the scale of the hood to match the cab.

yep, every other one, & putty the holes, but not till I’m ready to do final paint, I need to finish the step ladders first.

Thought so. Looks great so far
