After getting almost a foot of snow on Friday, Saturday brought spring like weather. Temps in the mid 50’s it felt like spring for those of us up north. Its amazing how fast sow will melt with a March sun.
Got up to a bit over 60 here.
Shoulda had that snowman riding on the flat car…
You may as well just sell your electric engines…keep a battery powered loco for road trips
Ralph
Nice video. Snow is meting fast here too. I swear that Forney sounded just like a helicopter in one of those shots.

Haha it seems everytime I take a video a loud car or plane will go by, in this case a helicopter lol. Cant win.
Ralph the only time I use electric is when doing maint. on the line or I just want to sit and watch the train go by. I doubt I will ever buy an electric train again.
Nice video Shawn. Like to see more of the cricket. Regards,Ron
What a beautiful scene that is, Shawn! A little live-steamer working in the snowy landscape. Your track, and that of Eric Schade, are among my all-time favourites.
