Spring took a step back today. Its 46 degrees, but the wind is blowing, humidity is high and it feels cold outside. Pot of Chili on the stove, a little wine and we all is hunkerin’ down indoors.

Jerry my State is Missouri and I already got my refund. I don’t lay any clame to CA.

Fer some reason, my state (Washington) is among those who remain solvent. I have no idea how that happened because those crazies make a drunken sailor look like a “Skinflint.”

Once again you have NOT read the whole post Mr. Geoff! It clearly states yer state, and then later says the state yer in Kalifornia. Guess you were lucky if you got yers!! Making others wait for months they say, Oh and by the way are you talking fed or state I believe the article was about the state refunds. We have been in the low to mid 30's and rain all day. Had ice at the higher elevations this morning and some snow flakes mixed with the rain at my house. Now just cold and heavy rain. Might get accumulating snow tomorrow night.

Ralph I wish we had flowers and buds,. Wont be another month+ until we get what you have. John Jumpups are great. We have bluets that grow in the wild and do very well on my RR.

My thermometer says 50. I see some blue sky. Rather windy.

Accoring to my thermometer at 1:00 it was 45 degrees here in Ste Gen, MO. But then I was also working in a beer cooler and a warehouse were after that it felt like 60 degrees.

Well I think spring is here in south central BC. It’s in the 60’s this afternoon and I have had to start watering the flower beds. We don’t get enough winter moisture so have to start watering right away. Tulips and Daffs are 6-8" high and roses are budding.
