The fires (three of them) took out the northwest corner of Spokane.
They are saying over 600 homes lost.
I am east of Spokane out in the valley a few miles from the Idaho border.
Except for all the smoke, we are doing OK.

As someone who had something like this end up 1 block away from home, I would not wish this on anyone. Its horrible and incredibly stressful.
Turned out to be arson caused. And they caught the stupid degenerate!
He had been released from prison for killing his father.
