not really…but since I didn’t have a lot going on–waiting on an Engine to convert for Eli’s Bday, I took this project off the shelf, and gave it a shot…or you could say snot…
anyway I know it’s not the right Green, but best I could come up with…the outside will be the Yellow…(what the kid wants-exterior repaint and letter to come)…should be interesting to say the least…any ideas on how to light one of these w/ batteries? Cale
Cale, I’ve lit mine with a type n recharge jack, Sierra sound battery, switch, fuse and 10vbulb from Ratshack. TOC can also help you with the parts. If you have a smart charger for your RCS stuff you could use that. I put the jack in the floor. Positive goes on the tip. Use a DPDT switch and wire the +battery to the fuse to the center of the switch. One end of the switch goes to the bulb and the other one to the center post of the charge jack. You can do it since I know you’ve installed RCS.
