I just feel sick when something like this happens, especially in the U.S.A., our good neighbour and best friend. America, you’re the best, good, generous, big hearted people, and you sure don’t deserve this! My sympathy goes out to all those affected by this calumny; it affects all of us. Godspeed to the authorities in tracking down the perpetrators.
Last year we were walking right there at the same spot. We are very sad to see this.
America’s age of innocence, if ever there really was one, is over.
Too many groups (foreign and domestic) preach hate and intolerance. Too many think violence is not only acceptable, but even preferable. Too many others don’t give a s–t just as long as it doesn’t affect them.
I like to hope that the world won’t slide back into barbarism. But sometimes I wonder.

Maybe we need to rename the 30+ deaths a day due to non-suicide gun violence “domestic terrorism” before the politicians in this country stop stuffing their pockets with special interest money and do anything about it.
Don’t care about the political remarks. Just want to say the crowd’s spontaneous applause for Law Enforcement and Emergency Services was first class.
