Fr. Fred sent some neat shots. These were taken at one entrance to the “New” MacDonald Tunnel…new in that it is the newest of the major Canadian Pacific tunnels under the Rockies. Almost could be mistaken for what some LS guys do in the snow…!!!
Nice modeling…
Wow, the rail doesn’t even show. Yeah, just take those engines and put me in the plow between them and that snow bank and then shove real hard. How much horsepower? Did anybody check those welds that were suspect? I’m sure I’ve got workman’s comp, right?
With that much snow being packed by the plow, you don’t need rails…
I’m still trying to see if that signal is red…
Holy moly!
Great shots!!! What gets to me is in that last shot, it looks like the road next to the tracks is open.
Wow! Could be Craig. Maybe this is a big snow drift. Now pictures of my RDCs running through 8" high trenches aren’t so far fetched after all
Very cool!
Thanks Fred for the pics and Bruce for posting
Fred sent some additional pictures of the action up north.

Fred sent me this text and accompanying picture… "all he needs is markers to make him an actual train !!! A friend of mine works for CP Rail he took this pic recently from his (drivers) seat on the train The track is 56 1/2 inches between the rails, so the antlers are at least a 6 foot span…WOW!!! "
Yep you can keep the snow country. I do not miss it at all. Cool pixa tho… Later RJD
