Snow on the desert

It’s snowing hard on the desert. Guess I should have built a snowplow!

If you’d have built the snow plow…it wouldn’t have snowed

Ralph

Oh Cah Cah thats what coming East to me tonight? Thanks Doug. 80% chance of snow tomorrow (Sat.) I don’t have a plow either…

Quite a bit of snow for you Doug! The east coast guys don’t understand how rare that is out here. I mean you are IN the desert, what 3000+ feet? I’ve been trying to get my contractor going on some remodeling to my cabin, but it won’t stop raining OR snowing. AND colder “than you know what”!

Still not too late to convert that dining table to a workbench.

Victor, I need to service engines to run on the club layout and then plan tp work on the Challenge. I When we were getting down to 16 a couplr weeks agi, that was cold enough! am preparing a place in front of the window by the computer.

Gary, we are actually just about 4000 feet. We only have about an inch of snow this morning. Still can’t see the tracks!

At least it melts fast for you. I have only seen the ground 4 or five days since Christmas.

We’ve only had a couple times that the snow was around for more than a week, I just checked and we are down to patches and the tracks are clear!

Doug, that’s beautiful!

And the east end of the layout was under that white stuff!

I guess for the desert that would be a lot of snow! In NE Ohio we can get that in an hour. Granted, then it will be 50 and raining then freezing then snow again…

Terry

The other advantage we have is that it’s usually gone in two days!
