Small yard done

Once I was through with my inner/outer loop connections I thought I could take a siding I had and add to it, by the time I got done I had a small yard. The inner line is intended as a passing siding and I’ll get track power to it with the switch you see, it’s on the short line right now but I aim to change that. I still need to level it all out, but the grandkids are due in soon.

From the side, I will make a control tower also, later on.

Looking good Jerry. Who make the track and switches, or are you hand laying all that?

You have an awsome looking layout Jerry. I always enjoy seeing pictures of it.

Thanks guys. Jon, one switch is a code 250 SVRR #6, the others(with flat board) are some homemade ones I got from Stan Cedarleaf, some guy in Arizona made them out of SVRR track(code 250) and on a phenolic type board, really tough stuff, some bent a bit oddly, but I’ve made them work, got them real cheap(he got out of GR, I guess). I had to make the points(what a pain!) but now thinking about making my own someday.

Nice yards Jerry, will make for some very interesting switching.
