I picked up this trolley from the canadian guy who sold me the rail truck. They were his late father’s models, and both turned out to be Northeast Narrow Gauge kits. His father did a great job building both, and while I waited for wheels for the railtruck I fixed up the Trolley, which is now for sale.
The woodwork on this little guy is amazing. He did a super job of putting it together and varnishing it.
The main thing I had to fix was the wheels and drive. The motor was loose, so that was an easy fix. The wheels seemed to be aluminum, and the pickups were a pair of skates between the wheels. I replaced the wheels with proper steel ones, and added wiper pickups from a bachmann coach.
As you can see, it comes with the driver and passengers.
I paid $110 for it, so that’s the price I would like to sell it for.
