Jon, thanks… Looks to me like an ““airslide”” hopper unloading area… I see the hoses going to the cars and, I unsderstand the ladder to get up on the tops of the cars easier, but the yellow framing sure has me stumped…
The yellow framing is for the workers to tie in their safety harness while they are walking the tops of the cars. OSHA stuff - gotta have it
