It’s still Spring. Had 4 or 5 inches of rain overnight, and a nice day today to run trains. This Christmas 10 wheeler is next for the paint shop.

The White Pass 10 wheeler still needs to be lettered for the Sunny View Line. It will pull the passenger consist.

Wonder how much track you could buy for the price of her facelifts?

Great pictures Ralph. I missed out on the last 5 days of nice weather. Now that im off it rains. :frowning:

It was 80 here yesterday. Nice weather for reballasting!

Ralph, those are some great pictures of your layout…

Looks good Ralph. I don’t see the goat farm in any of the pics though :frowning:

Thanks for the compliments. The RR ain't fancy........but it's fun. One big construction zone ;)

Hollywood,
The siding hasn’t been built yet. Won’t be a farm…just a loading facility.
I’m still on the hunt for some goats.
Already have some ideas for the office. No eyebrows, dormers, towers or even shingles
Ralph

Yea I saw your idea on the office. Now where’s the farm???

Ralph, get that ““David Russel”” dude… he looks young, but he acts like an ole goat…

errr,… Mr. Cartwright, Sir…
i heard, you need some goats?
how many would you need?
would you prefer XL goats or pocket size? (what scale?)

Korm, Looking for goats somewhere around 1/24th. Probably need a dozen. Ralph

got some.
i will take a pic after work.
if you like them, we can barter.

been busy, so it took more time, than i thought. these goats in the first pic are, what i can get at the moment. maybe throwing in one or two duplicates of those shown on the left side of the second pic.

Goats help clear some of the firebreaks in California so it’s only logical the help on the layout. Hopefully they don’t eat the buildings!

What!? No Rocky Mountain goat?!

Well, Rocky isn’t a goat, anyway, he is an antelope. :stuck_out_tongue:

Korm,
Fine looking goats. I appreciate the offer.
But let me check with the local big-box toy store first.
As well as the postage rates to Paraguay.
In the meanwhile I’ll be thinking about what I can offer in trade.
Ralph

Ralph,

the only thing i really would need, are used plastic weels/aixles.

i offer you six goats to a pair of used aixles. (or 12 to 2 pair)

postage will be the most expensive part of the whole deal, i’m afraid.
