Boy, I really wouldn’t do that. The sound card is designed to charge a lead-gel-cell battery. The lithium batteries take a completely different charger and you might have serious problems if you change. You would be much better off by getting a replacement or similar battery.

Try Phoenix Sound. 6V gel cell. You won’t find a better price !
I built a super cap setup with a 7808 regulator. Works real nice. Of course you only get 30 seconds of sound after removing power, but no batteries to recharge when storing the engines. In th elong run, this is the least costly method as the super caps should not go bad like a battery cell can.
