So why, two years later, is she shocked and dismayed to find out I’m still lazy?

Yes I know housework is a necessary evil…but are you expecting me to do it THE SAME DAY as the hint being dropped??? I got stuff too ya know…these things must be scheduled…

And Doing dishes…Ok to me…that means take hot soapy water, deposit recently used foodware/cooking utensils into it, and then scrubbing same until shiney…rinse…deposit in drainer…and put away…

To her that involves the same PLUS you clean the table, the stove, the counters, sweep, mop, take out garbage ( I just took it out last week, where is all this garbage coming from anyways?) Whaddya mean I gotta rinse the dishes before I wash them? I don’t wipe BEFORE I poop…

If ya want me to CLEAN THE KITCHEN say please clean the kitchen…don’t ask me to do the dishes and expect me to go the extra mile…sheesh…

We got so tired of staring at each other like a couple of goldfish in a bowl, that I let her get a part time job.
And I am a pretty good poker player, too.

My wife went back to work because paying for health care out of pocket was killing us. You must get your priorities straight when paying out of pocket, and I have Hot Rods and Trains!! I would have gone to work but I couldn't find a good paying job that didn't require my presence! Poss
