SG Models Wooden Kits

I met these folks, John & Pat Meyers at the Garden Railway Convention in Tacoma this year and purchased 2 of their wooden building kits. These kits are fun to build and very detailed. A bonus is dealing with both John and Pat as it is a pleasure and their service is terrific! I just finished Sam’s Shoe Shop and the Sheriff’s Office and getting ready to start on the Assay Office. Check them out, http://sgmodelswoodenkits.com Here are some phots of my completed buildings:

Nice but pricey & the wood will deteriorate if outside!!! Colo Model Structures when he gets back operating fully again in Jan 11 I believe, is more bang for you buck IMHO! I purchased 3 of their kits this summer, easy assembly, neat looking, and an all around bigger and better kit than what I see here!! Oh and they are all molded plastic so weather proofed too, just need to paint! If you would like to see what I built and painted on my layout visit my livestream site! Regal

My kids and I really dig the sheriff station!

NICE!

Nice little buildings.
Looks to be a generic scale, but would suffice for cabins and such on a 1:20.3 layout like mine.

Is it milled pressure treated lumber?

Very nice but like Jerry said a bit pricey for my wallet. I really liked the timberlines stuff but it seems they went out of business.

Smoke stack on Sheriff office makes the kit

Thanks! The plans call for the stack to come up out of the corrugated roof. However, I thought coming out of the side was more interesting.

Just finished building a few more of the SG Models. The General Store:
