Bob, it is printed on Papilio ink jet waterproof vinyl. Holds up real well, if you shoot it with a UV coating. I may have gotten it on ebay, someone on MLS said that you can get it direct from them.

Doug, the thickness of the aluminum is .0075, according to my cheap digital micrometer. Local printers may have the sheets also.

I’ve ordered the stuff direct from Papilio.

How many coats of UV spray do you have to give it? I’ve sprayed my signs with 3 or 4 coats and they still fade.

I used some sign spray can of UV coating that my wife had left over from her sign business. Couple of coats I guess. That Krylon UV spray does not seem to be around here any, so never have used it.
