This Heisler was either a kit or scratch-built. It is mostly brass construction and features a central motor geared to the driveshaft that sends power to both trucks.
It is set up with RC (comes with transmitter) and wired for battery power. However, the previous owner could not ship the battery, so it does not come with one. It also has sound but the speaker is small, so the sound quality is not the best. I only ran it for a few minutes off a transformer but it seems to run smoothly and quietly. It also comes with a wooden carrying case.
