Nice looking pics! is it made from a bachmann bobber? Any build pics cause I may have to steal this one!!
Thanks!
Terry
Hi Terry, the boxcab is built from a bachmann bobber. the only pic of the build is this one, but it is after it was painted

I do have this pic that is of the caboose before that shows some of the modifications made
(http://i1050.photobucket.com/albums/s414/trainbuffjr1/d9c1973e.jpg)
on the first one i made a new floor out of thick styrene, but on the second one i used the original floor and just cut out of the middle for the motor block to fit. on this one it had a cupola so after removed i just placed sheet styrene over the roof, but one without a cupola would be easier. the front window braces were cut out completely, while the side ones were partially cut just where the yellow lines are. for the door instead of cutting the side and putting in a door i decided to just build one on the outside to keep the strength in the shell. it is made of thin sheet styrene and coffee stirrers, placed in an L shape styrene frame, and just glued to the side. i also used styrene to cover the doors on the end, cut to shape, and placed over them and put some “rivets” on it, then mounted some Ozark headlights on them. I will keep trying to find some pictures of the build but hope this explains some of the process. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Nice use of a tosser caboose, I would have never thought of that. Dam, now my brain is thinking…
I know Vic, I’ve already been trolling ebay…
Great Bash Aaron
That’s cool. I was wondering what that was made from. Nice job.

Any resemblence between me and a Dark Sith Lord is purely coincidental, yep, just coincidental…
