Save the scraps

I saved all the drop left over from my bridge building and cobbled up a fueling station. Still have to paint and add the details yet. Tank car from a bachmann tank. jb

Neat!

John, you amaze me with your projects.

That is a great looking fuel station, must be for those dismoles you have or could it be for next months raffle at our train club meeting. No, I know you’re going to bring it as a house warming gift for the host of the Christmas party next month. I’ll let the hostess know. That way the host will be able to find a location for it under the tree. Thanks ahead of time.

Chuck

I’ll respond for John: “In your wildest dreams…” :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks guys!
No it ain’t for the dismals!
I have converted most of my steamers to oil burners.
I’m too lazy to build a coaling tower.

With that size lumber it will outlast the steamers by a century! :o

HJ is just jealous 'cause his RR can’t afford the good stuff!

jb, what did you cut that stuff with?

I have some scraps, can you build me a fueling station?

Hey Warren, my dreams are always wild, so what are you bringing the host at the Christmas party. Remember “NO” Chocolate Easter Bunnies. Maybe some 1.5" scale drawings.

HaHaHeHe, remember, tis the season of good will and “GIVING”.

Hey Steve,

I thinks its time for John to hold a construction class at one of our modular work days. That way we can get our fueling stations and John can do the work on the modular layout. I vote for that!!

Chuck, you know the most you can get out of me is a hard time… :stuck_out_tongue: Which reminds me, make sure I go home that night with the module from the shed…

Drawings…Plans…??? I don’t use such things. The insanity exists in my head…

Why, I believe I used a saw. A hand saw to be exact.
With your heated shop, (Which I don’t have like all my buddies) You can build your own, Steve.
I’m taking a look at scratching up a sanding facility next.

I could reely, reely, reely, reely, use my Ozark stuff! Hint, hint, Chuck.

That’d be nice if I had my Ozark parts!

Yeah, ain’t that the truth! Those guys kept on building them stone viaducts as if they’d have to last forever. Talk about dumb!

OK John,

I got the message. Ozark, Ozark, Ozark. Come on by the shop and help me finish the order. Believe it or not the cabinet business has gotten busy lately.

Chuck

Wow, that looks great John!
