Save my Steamer boxes

Save these boxes from the dump . .

We are downsizing from our 4-floor townhome, and I just cleared out the box storage under the roof on the top floor. Besides 5 boxes of christmas ornaments, I found a few train boxes from shipments to me over the years. They have to go - no space in the new condo. If no takers I will be dumping them at the end of next week.

This is a really big box, possible used to ship to me either the C-19 or EBT #12. [No markings I can find on the box(s) but one of the internal boxes is set up for a tender.]

Here’s another one, which claims it was a C-19, (so maybe the big box was the #12) and it’s 27"x8"x11". All internal packing still inside.

This one is marked “K-28” and is 30"x8"x9".

And finally, an RYM EBT brass hopper box 20"x6"x8". The packing is out but I know which trash bag it is in!

Which one, would help any lurkers decide if they could make the trip to p/u the boxes IMHO :slight_smile:

hmmm, thinking outside the ‘box’, I wonder if one of your regional thrift stores (on the way to the recycling depot) would take them as a donation to sell, or use within their sorting room …if need be, tape the ends cut the ‘top’ off (landfill the styro’) !

Personally, too far away to offer saving them.

I think it is clear I spend winters in Florida, therefore in summer I am here in Maryland. Though you’re right that it isn’t clear the boxes are in MD.

Guess they are off to the recycle center.

Ahhh, well you tried !

I just read this on a ‘playbook’ and saw icons for photos, but even logged on now, I can’t see the pics you took the time to take 'n post .

I’ll toss this out further just-in-case if you can hold off, till end of weekend.
