San Juan almost complete

Hi, I was very lucky to find a Accucraft single door baggage from the San Juan set and once its here I will have my own San Juan Express.

Cars will be:

Accucraft single door baggage (waiting on UPS)

Accucraft J&S Combine

Accucraft J&S Coach (2)

Accucraft “Alamosa” Parlor.

I have found photo’s of open end cars in the San Juan so it seems like they were used then needed, even the combine. Once I get this last car and figure out the photo posting steps for this forum again I will post some photo’s.

Congrats on the find.

Yep not your everyday San Juan, but they’d use what was available when cars were bad ordered or needed service. Although most of the combines were gone by the mid 1940s.

Congratulations on your set. I have the five car plastic Accucraft set. I have always coveted a baggage car, open passenger cars and a parlor car.
