I have been running our Pre-Owned ST under the tree a few hours at a time per day…I have lubed the valve gear-exposed points…is there any internal lube that needs to be performed…if so-how?

Yes.
The axle bearings, motor shafts, and gears.
Might have to drop the bottom cover to access.

Good, good. Here she never got much beyond a test run or two … though at one point doubling with an 0-4-0 sidetank (most recent edition before the one that’s coming out now) she pulled a 15 or so car train …
And … the diesel looks good here too!

Howabout lube’n with “Labelle 106 Plastic Compatible Grease with PTFE”
it’s what the LSH had in stock and recommended.
