Looks like a fun day. Ive always admired your ST corporate look, and RR background stories. Good to see you posting.

High School Soccer season is over so I’ve time for trains now.

Jeff you almost have as many blue box cars as I do! Great meeting you the other day!
I’ll look forward to pics of that train your working on! Layout looking rather good!

Thanks Sean! The layout has been a lot of fun to build this summer. I’m planning to add quite a but more, but I think this part will remain the most action packed part of the layout because it is live-steam and long train friendly.

The B&M cars actually came along with Scott for his ST run-through. I suspect I will be adding more B&M cars to the RCRR roster though, as my oldest junior engineer can’t get enough of them!

Thanks again for meeting me in Hudson the other day. The RDC actually made its first run early this morning (a little after midnight). After replumbing the wiring on your’s and Mike’s I sent them off with a trailing battery car. No problems…I even stepped them up to full throttle for a few laps (~80smph!) Car #3 came to life shortly after I ran the others but I haven’t had a chance to add MU lines to it yet. I’m thinking once I have 4-5 of these I’m going to start pulling out the motor blocks on a few to save battery run time. (And to give any other train half a chance of surviving a head-on collision with this!)

Nice pictures and great looking layout.
