Just wanted to let you know, the Romocomaka RR is up and running, 1 week ahead of schedule. Over 1900’ of track to run and operate on. There are two reverse loops, but, to keep things simple, they have not been wired to allow for operation with track voltage. We offer Linear voltage on the tracks, operated by hand held throttles (R/C), all lines double fused.
If you want to come and run, contact me at my e-mail. We can handle at least 7 different operators (using track and battery operation).
We’re in the woods, so bug spray might be in order.
We’re located in Orange County, NY, in the heart of the beautiful Horse Country of the Mid Hudson part of New York.
Congratulations!!!
Great to hear Noel. Pics even of the country are always oogled here
We love pictures
Here’s Bruce Chandler’s tutorial on posting pictures here at LSC.

Sweet!! 1900’ !!
Yep with the others …WE NEED PICTURES!
I will get some pix as soon as I can. Please don’t be disappointed, as it is a work in progress and all I have is a layout, scenery is non-existent, hope to start adding it when all of the bugs are worked out. Needless to say, once I do post pix, any suggestions for making it more interesting will be appreciated.
BTW, I did run 4 trains on the inside loop today, two on track power and two on battery power. Ran them 1 minute apart, and it worked out well.
Thank you for your comments.
Noel
Thank you.
I’m using a MAC, has anybody done as good a job explaining how to do this with a MAC?
I can probably hoof it through, but if somebody has already done it I may be able to keep what little bit is left in my mind.
Noel
Congrats Noel. I will have to take a ride up since Im so close to you.
Hi Shawn,
Sounds good.
Weekends are better for me, as my sked during the week is confusing, at best.
Noel
Hmmmmm.
Don’t know what’s going on, by I don’t see a file name for the jpeg.
Jon Radder can probably look at your post and tell us what you did wrong.
Be patient, Noel. We’ll have you posting pictures eventually
Ralph
Thanks Ralph,
I just joined the $20 thing, maybe that will help.
Noel
Noel, if you lived in Orange County, Calif., I’d bring a train over! Congratulations on the golden spike. I’ve had my track down five years and have just gotten serious about scenery!
Doug,
Do you run a Mac? Noel needs some help with photos.
Ralph
Doug,
Thank you, would have enjoyed the visit. Orange County, CA is also beautiful. Perhaps it’s something int he name?
