I have all mine listed on my webpage…
Locomotives are my weak point. I have a bunch, but at one time only one or two are really usable.

That’s a good thing it must mean you run the wheels off them. It sounds like the only bad is your repair shop can’t keep up !
Ken that gallows turntable on your site is really cool and nice back stories to accompany your engines.
Greg I think you impressed us all with your Garratts and in your recent video postings. here I saw some other gems that you should tell us more about when you can such as your Climax T boiler, the Railmotors, the boxcabs and what looks to be a scratch built grey diesel with a stainz cab?
I think we could all learn something with your clever approach to building and operating your trains.
Like Ken, all mine are on my web page: http://jbrr.com/html/locomotives.html
Oops…plus an RS-3 that is my visiting locomotive for standard gauge operations.
I have modified the Shay to be able to change coupler types, so it is also a visiting locomotive for narrow gauge operations.
I usually take my motor car to sites as it is easy to put on the track and run.
Mine are in operating condition, but I typically just have one outside at a time. All are battery powered and controlled by the Revolution. Most have Phoenix sound.
Well, as I stated in the rolling stock thread my roster is still new.

K-27 D&BHW #?? (Former D&RGW 455)
In the shops for some repaint and a new gearbox. Its not broke just its turn in the shops. Hopefully, I will have a new gearbox soon so I can finish the cosmetic changes.
Connie D&BHW #25
In the shop. It split it’s axle gear a couple years back and it had sat idle as other projects were done. Installed a new gear box and brass gear. Currently, I’m working out the “kink” in the valve gear so it runs smooth again. Any advice is much appreciated. Extended the smokebox and am rebuilding the cab interior.
C-19 D&BHW #21
Was recently shopped. New paint more detailing done. Added Titan and Battery. This is my main road locomotive while the others are getting “fixed”.
2-6-6-2T Black Hills Central #110
I detailed this locomotive a few years back to look like the Black Hills Central #110, which operates about 10 miles from my home. It has made numerous runs at the museum and Black Hills Central. Mostly a display locomotive and is not used that much on the home railroad.
4-6-0 Annie
This is a locomotive has had nothing done to it. Just the standard Annie.
35 ton 2-truch Shay
This is a project locomotive that is on the back burner. I got it for a great deal but both axle gears were split. Replaced with NWSL delrin gears. The locomotive will be an accurate representation of Warren-Lamb #32, someday.
Accucraft
C-19 D&BHW #22
This locomotive was in the shops a while back to get Phoenix Sound and Battery. A good runner it is the other main locomotive used on the railroad. It is due for some shop time. A rear tender light needs to be installed and better paint job than my previous attempt.
That’s it. A small roster, but I only have 170’ of mainline so I don’t need a lot of locomotives.
Oh why not…

It is a blessing to have the SWMBO also involved. At least when we have time that she has not scheduled for the kids or grandkids, we get to do some railroading.

I really need to thin the herd. Two Annies are surplus. But since B’mann came out with the improved version and is selling the older Annie chassis for $50, I’d have to practically give them away.
One of the AC 0-4-0’s is also surplus. Again, they have an improved version, so this is also almost worthless.
The B’mann railtruck is also surplus. But the previous owner removed the electronics converting it to battery power. Then converted it back to track power, burning out the lights since the electronics were gone. So, it’s not going to bring enough cash to bother trying to sell it either

Probably need to get rid of some of them later on.
Never seem to get to run most of them anymore.
