Richard Smith ... reloaded

One day, Richard thought: I’m tired of narrow gauge, and steam engines. And, I’m really upset that I never got to use the French I learned in high school!

This was the result:

Nice to see FL-9’s still running. We have a couple here in Danbury but I think they are dead. I had the pleasure to shoot an FL-9 fan trip a few years back…

Never thought I would see the day!

Hey! I missed this. What’re those funny looking boxcars? What’s pulling them? Where’s the steam engines?

And who says I’m “reloaded”! I’m STILL loaded! hehe! As for French, I had a teeny bit of German; never learned French (or English for that matter).

I’m gonna be watching you Matthew…beware! :o  :stuck_out_tongue:

Ahhh, Dicky…you just gotta visit Ottawa, and I’ll introduce you to Quebec, and a few wonderful young ladies who will teach you any number of French words that might be of some use to you, in your wonderful relationship with Helen. Meanwhile; I’m willing to help Helen learn a form of French speaking that will make her heart simply crave your affection… A winning situation for both of you…and at no charge…

I think we need to keep a close eye on Father Fred! Paul

Now you've got to be v-e-r-r-y afraid, Matthew ...

Hehe. What the ^&*$!@! have I started??

Mr. Smith KNOWS he still owes me a peach pie that I have not received in well over a year! Plus it’s nice to see diesel power on the line!

Ahhh, the Peach Pie craze…yes, Dicky…I could do with a real fresh peach pie right now…

Hmmm! I think I’d better watch ALL of you!

As for your peach pie David I mailed you another but you’ll have to wait by the curb for it lest the mailman eat it himself. Go outside right now and wait so you don’t miss it. And Fred…I’m sure David will share with you. Yeh, right!  hehe!

So, how do them Frenchies work running the Orford Express into your town, Richard? The clown at Mickey D’s now speak bi-lingual?

Hehe! I’m being assailed from all sides Dave. Fortunately I still have my old space on the curb. Jus’ me an’ my wine bottle waitin’ for the trolley…

Long as ya abide by the laws passed by the Port Orford City Council and keep it in a paper bag…
