Just to inform all his friends, Ric suffered a blockage last night, and required hospitalization to install a Stint… He is currently at St Elizabeth’s hosp, in Belleville, IL, basically as of right now, under observation for 48 hours… He just called me, and we joked around for about 10 minutes on the phone…

He is doing well, and is in good spirits… We were laughing during most of the conversation… He intends to be discharged late tomorrow of Wednesday morning… Of course, he will be under doctors care, and on light duties for a while…

That is about as much as is known right now…

The crew took a vote here at the CC&R to see if we should wish Ric a quick recovery. It passed by one vote. (Did I mention that the CC&R only has a one man crew?) So here it is … GET WELL SOON! Now, next time, don’t buckle up those knee pads so tight.
