I have to double check every word I write on my tablet because its spell checker is diabolical
I have that problem, too.
i haven’t these problems. if my texts have mistakes, they are my own.
but i am still using a real PC with XP…
Korm, I installed a spell checker on my XP system. But my XP system eventually died. Now I am running winders 10 at home, and 8 on my company laptop. I keep getting hung up in the differences between the two. I wish I could go back to 98se, I could run that sucker, and I never had the blue screen of death with it.
yes, 98se was something stable. although it could not stand on the head , while clapping hands, it was usable and reliable.
since then, version after version, we got more automatic “features” - at the cost of less own decisions for the user.
since - even on XP - the add-on programs like adobe, java, orwell 1984, gestapo 7.3, NSA-cloud and others, don’t cooperate with my old game CDs anymore, i might as well change to linux.
