How does a person acquire a reputation? What can you do to change it?

I remember going to the races on the Connecticut River here in Massachusetts. Boy was that a long time ago.

There was a place that overlooked Wenatchee that all the really cool kids went to, after the dance, after the football game. We called it “Pecker’s Point.” Many years later, my daughter and I drove past it. She said, “There’s Pecker’s Point.” Hmmmm. We had “The Talk,” again, just to be sure.

What reputation do you want and in what field? It has been my experience that reputations are built over time. To be trusted, one must be trustworthy. To be believed, one must be believable. Regards, Dennis
